Falling into chaos - T cells invading the brain Muscles were busy building strength, until neurons barged in, flexing axons and causing chaos with every signal. Playing Mikado Confocal image of Iba1+ (green), CD163+ (red) and CCR2+ (white) muscularis macrophages in close proximity to the myenteric plexus (bIII tubulin (magenta)) in the inflamed small intestine. Alone at the party Explosions in the sky -- staining of microglia (P2RY12, HLA - magenta, red), Amyloid-Beta (X-34, blue) and Lamp2 (green) in mouse brain section "Cytoskeleton wired nuclear sun" represents stress fibers traversing over the nucleus in a fibroblast cell Threads of Light Organized chaos The milky way MOTOR NEURON BALOONS FOR THE BRAIN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY shows the cell bodies of motor neurons in the Drosophila larval brain UFO LUX Night Robbery Mio Cristo piange diamanti Staining of homeostatic microglia and an Ab plaque in a mouse brain section. It is a Kitty cat Green neurons invade the calm world of muscles, chaos meets contraction. These little guys are on a mission, making their way through a maze of grooves. They have to travel a whole 900 micrometers to reach the other side of the chamber—about a 30-day journey!_35 Induced microglia from iPSC_36 A group of HEK293T cells (with their nuclei stained blue using Hoechst) that express TurboID on their outer membrane, visible through the attached HA-tag (in 595-red). The green (488) signal shows local biotinylated protein generated by the TurboID._37
